At Fell & Fair, we want you to feel confident when ordering with us. Our products are handmade in small batches, and we do our best to ensure they arrive safely to you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about production and shipping. For our exchange and return policy, click here.

Production
Fell & Fair
In stock Fell & Fair products are made to order. Production times are as follows:
- Standard length Linen Ranger Cloaks - 1 business day
- Cloaks, Sashes, small leather goods - 2-3 business days
- Knight’s Surcoats with Heraldry - 2-4 weeks
- All other products - 4-6 business days
We offer rush production options as needed. Contact us for more information!
Please Note: Our linen is made from 100% natural flax, dyed in small batches. This means slight variations in hue may occur. Screens can also display colors differently. If you’d like to see the current batch before ordering, please contact us and we’ll gladly send you photos.

In stock Eastfell Armoury products ship within 1 business day.
Custom Garments
We can modify, alter, or repattern most of our pieces to better suit your needs. Production time will vary depending on the requirements of the garment. All customizations make the garment ineligible for returns or exchanges. Contact us for more information!
Shipping
- Most standard domestic packages ship via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated ship time of 1-3 days.

International shipping varies but generally falls within an estimated ship time of 5-13 days.
- International orders may be assessed for additional taxes, duties, or other fees after they have left our workshop but before they are delivered. If you would like assistance estimating the amount of any taxes or fees on your package, please contact us.
We offer expedited shipping as needed for both domestic and international orders. Contact us for more information!
Please Note: Once your order leaves the Fell & Fair workshop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While most shipments arrive smoothly, please be aware that all shipping can sometimes involve delays, customs holds, or even lost packages. We cannot be responsible for these carrier-related issues once your order has shipped.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
