Production

Fell & Fair

In stock Fell & Fair products are made to order. Production times are as follows:

• Standard length Linen Ranger Cloaks - 1 business day
• Cloaks, Sashes, small leather goods - 2-3 business days
• Surcoats and cloaks with heraldry - 2-3 weeks
• All other products - 4-6 business days

We offer rush production options as needed. Contact us for more information!

Please Note: Our linen is made from 100% natural flax, dyed in small batches. This means slight variations in hue may occur. Screens can also display colors differently. If you’d like to see the current batch before ordering, please contact us and we’ll gladly send you photos.

We can modify, alter, or repattern most of our pieces to better suit your needs. Production time will vary depending on the requirements of the garment. All customizations make the garment ineligible for returns or exchanges. Contact us for more information!

 

Shipping

• Most standard domestic packages ship via USPS Priority Mail; USPS notes an estimated ship time of 1-3 days for this service.
• International shipping varies but generally falls within an estimated ship time of 5-13 days.
  • International orders may be assessed for additional taxes, duties, or other fees after they have left our workshop but before they are delivered. If you would like assistance estimating the amount of any taxes or fees on your package, please contact us.

We offer expedited shipping as needed for both domestic and international orders. Contact us for more information!

Please Note: Once your order leaves the Fell & Fair workshop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While most shipments arrive smoothly, please be aware that all shipping can sometimes involve delays, customs holds, or even lost packages. We cannot be responsible for these carrier-related issues once your order has shipped.

 

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

*WARNING* By placing an order, you [the buyer] understand and accept the risks associated with international and domestic shipping that may include but are not limited to: delayed shipping, failed delivery, lost items, packages frozen in customs, etc. Once your order leaves the Fell & Fair Shop, your order is final and Fell & Fair cannot be held responsible for the delayed or unsuccessful delivery of your shipment and any associated costs with the product or shipping involved in your [the buyer’s] order.

 

Fell & Fair Exchange & Return Policy

 

If you have received the wrong item or your item(s) appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@fellandfair.com or by starting a chat with us!

To initiate the exchange process, you must contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the arrival of your order and item(s) must be in original (unused/unworn) condition to qualify. If your exchange has been approved, your returned item(s) must arrive at the Fell & Fair Shop within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of approval in original (unused/unworn) condition.

 

Exchange:

• The customer is responsible for shipping expenses for returning the order change item(s) to Fell & Fair. 

• All approved Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee per item:

• Linen, Wool, Leather restocking fee is $12.55

• Chainmail restocking fee is $18.55

• Once the Exchange Restocking Fee has been purchased and we confirm receipt of the unwanted item(s) at the Fell & Fair Shop, the replacement item(s) will be put into our standard production queue and sent out to you via standard USPS shipping.

Returns:

• We currently are *not* accepting returns.

• Unauthorized return packages will be marked return to sender.

• Customized items are non-refundable & non-returnable.

• Purchasing the wrong size item(s) does not qualify for return. If you are unsure your size, chat with us. We love to help!

• All of our Linen is 100% natural flax and dyed in small batches. Each batch color hue may vary and color also will vary depending on your screen display. If you are unsure the color, please chat with us and we will happily send you images of our current batch!

Order Cancellation:

• If your order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
