Rent a in-game or out-of-game tent to camp at Weekend Warrior Experience!
You are responsible for setting up your own tent and taking it down/returning it after the event.
- Medieval period tents are allowed in the in-game area. Please keep flaps closed when sleeping bags, modern cots, or any other modern gear is visible within. The in-game tent style will vary but will cover a 10'x10' area and fit at least two campers comfortably. You will receive access to a canvas tent made of durable off-white water-repellent canvas.
- Out-of-game tents are not allowed in the in-game area. These tents are perfect for players who want something small, fast, and easy to set up. They can fit one cot or two people on sleeping bags. You will receive your tent at the rental check out area upon arrival.
The tent you choose, poles, and tent stakes will be available for you at the Fell&Fair Shop Tent at 12pm on Friday or (for early check-in ticket holders only) 12 pm on Thursday.
Please note that your rental does not include a ground tarp.
Production & Shipping Information
Production Process
Due to the handmade nature of our products, our current production time is 5-7 business days for most garments and 3-5 business days for linen cloaks from the day of your order.
If you would like your order sooner, we do offer a rush production fee. Just start a chat with us for more information!
Shipping Policy
US Customers:

We ship most packages through USPS, with a standard shipping time frame of 1-3 business days depending on your location. Some express shipping options are available at checkout. Please message us if you are hoping to receive your order by a certain date or if you have any questions about shipping options.
International Customers:

International packages take about 5-10 business days to arrive for most countries. However, customs delays or other international shipping delays do happen, and it is normal for international packages to be delivered several days after the estimated ship time.

You will be responsible for any duties and taxes upon receipt of your package. Please contact us if you would like assistance estimating the duties and taxes for your country!

If tracking states that your parcel has been delivered, but you haven't yet received it, please contact your local Customs Agency or Post Office immediately. They will be able to help you.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Fell & Fair Exchange & Return Policy
If you have received the wrong item or your item(s) appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@fellandfair.com or by starting a chat with us!
To initiate the exchange process, you must contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the arrival of your order and item(s) must be in original (unused/unworn) condition to qualify. If your exchange has been approved, your returned item(s) must arrive at the Fell & Fair Shop within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of approval in original (unused/unworn) condition.

The customer is responsible for shipping expenses for returning the order change item(s) to Fell & Fair.

All approved Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee per item:

Linen, Wool, Leather restocking fee is $12.55

Chainmail restocking fee is $18.55

Once the Exchange Restocking Fee has been purchased and we confirm receipt of the unwanted item(s) at the Fell & Fair Shop, the replacement item(s) will be put into our standard production queue and sent out to you via standard USPS shipping.

Customized items are non-refundable & non-returnable.

Purchasing the wrong size item(s) does not qualify for return. If you are unsure your size, chat with us. We love to help!

All of our Linen is 100% natural flax and dyed in small batches. Each batch color hue may vary and color also will vary depending on your screen display. If you are unsure the color, please chat with us and we will happily send you images of our current batch!
Order Cancellation:

Contact us within 12 hours of your order placement if you need to cancel an order.

If your order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
